Welcome to the Angus Wargames Club website.

We are a friendly club of over thirty members who meet fortnightly on Saturday evenings between 7.00pm-11pm at the Boys Brigade Hall, Queen Street, Forfar.

The club has been running since 1985 and we play a wide variety of gaming periods. We have access to an extensive collection of tables and terrain available for use by all its members.

The club has organised and run the annual wargames show SKELP since 1986, which attracts several hundred visitors from across the UK every year.

The members participate in a very wide and varied list of gaming interests covering sci-fi and fantasy games such as Warhammer and 40K, Lord of the Rings, Blood Bowl and Warmachine/Hordes. Historical games spanning Ancients, Medieval, Napoleonics, ACW, World War I and II and Moderns – Land, Sea and Air are also played.

We are always looking for new members (age 12+), to try out new games and new periods, so why not come along.
